Where is Cousin Camp 2025?
Lake Siskiyou Camp Resort in Mt. Shasta City, CA

​This beautiful lake is about 15-20 mins off the I5 out of Shasta City. It is about an hour north of Redding which has the closest airport. Sacramento would be the next closest airport. Shasta City does have its own Hospital. It also has grocery stores, hotels, restaurants, and all the amenities of a proper city.
Activities
There will be many fun things to do, outings to be had, hikes, fishing and swimming and so much more! Stay tuned for information from our Recreation Director, Russ, our Recreation Coordinator and our Children's Activity Leaders, Julie and Rebecca. Once the sun goes down the fun does not stop, Rachel is our Campfire Programmer and there will be plenty to do even in the dark!

Stay tuned here for notes from our Camp Ground Host, Pat, who will be helping us all get settled into camp and then packed back up!
Meals
In the near future, it is here you will be hearing from our Execuative Chef and all the head chefs as they plan and prepare our dinners together. Tim and Hayden are a couple of our head chef's who have already lined up to create delicious and healthy camp grub! You will also see messages here from our Refrigerator Boss, Kevin, and our Meal Time MC, Megan. We need a few more volunteers to be apart of this skillful team of foodies... Let us know if you want to dive into your culinary dreams with the most amazing camp kitchen you have ever seen.

If there are any dietary concerns... I want to assure you that we got you and can accomodate you. You will have an opportunity to let us know what you need in the kitchen.

What is the intent of Cousin Camp?
To have FUN! and more FUN together! To make some memories as a family. To Create some smiles and laughter while at camp and over the year to come while we plan together. To Connect with each other and relax. To Enjoy nature and all it has to offer. To be silly and To love.
What are the sleeping options?
Camp out in any style you like! Glamp, Van life, good old tent, RV, Hotel... what's most important is that you are happy, comfortable and present to enjoy the week!
What's the dog policy?
Please reference Lake Siskiyou Resort Pet Policy. There is a fee of $2/pet/night.
What is the cancellation policy?
We hope you don't cancel. That said... we will work with you to make things right.
Who is the Chore Commander and can I bribe them? Also, how can I pitch in?
This is THE question. Check back here for more information from our Chore Commander who manages our experience with the work of camp! How can you pitch in? Great question... We are a family camp and that means we work together to get things done around camp. We have a Quartermaster who is managing our group gear. Our recycling coordinator, Rebecca will be managing how we keep camp clean, and the Execuative Chef managing our kitchen space. There's our campfire safety manager, Recreation Director and Coordinator along with our Camp Photographer, Annie. All these folks and more will be working together as a team and looking for willing volunteers to pitch in and keep things fun! If there is anything in particular you want to help out with... You bet we do! Laura is our Family Genealogist and is currently working on updating our family tree into a digital format!
